Groundwater Scientific GmbH is a private company founded by Dr. Matthias Willmann and Roser Mañé Jané in August 2020. Both are experienced hydrogeologists and groundwater  modeler, each with over 15 years of experience in consulting, teaching, and research.

Roser Mañé Jané holds a MSc degree in hydrogeology (Barcelona Tech) and has over 15 years experience in hydrogeological consulting in Switzerland, Spain, El Salvador and Zambia. In particular, she worked during 6 years as a project manager in a renowned Swiss consulting company specialized on groundwater modeling.

Dr. Matthias Willmann holds a PhD in hydrogeology from Barcelona Tech and was working for 10 years as a researcher at the Chair of Groundwater at the Insitute of Environmental Engineering at ETH Zurich where he was involved in and led a wide range of groundwater modeling projects. Afterwards he worked for two years in a Swiss groundwater modeling consulting company. He is still involved as a lecturer at ETH Zurich. Since 2019 works at Solexperts AG in hydraulic testing.
